“Tasmania is a splendid place. The climate is mild and equable, the scenery spectacular, the beer cold and the food fine. It has pearl beaches, azure bays, ancient rainforests, lonely capes, baked earth, lavender fields, soaring peaks, lush vineyards, sparkling highland lakes - and that's just the start..”
