All our trips are a mix between luxury and adventure, but every trip is different. We do our best to design inclusive trips that most people can enjoy, at any age, but some are more physically demanding than others. You can always contact us and we'll help match you with your dream adventure.
Each trip is different. For our guided trips we try and limit to a maximum group of 12 people. Our self-guided trips can be personalised for solo travellers and larger travel groups of up to 25 people. Please contact us if you have a larger travel group, and we'll try to work something out.
Most of our self-guided trips are designed with families in mind and can be personalised to suit children of all ages. As for the group trips, that really depends on a number of factors, but we do offer specific "family-friendly" group trips. You can always contact our team to check if the trip is right for your family.
Absolutely! Whether you want to take off on a self-guided adventure or join a guided trip, we are huge fans of solo travel and would love to help you. Many of our travellers join our guided trips because they are travelling solo and want to meet and share experiences with like-minded travellers.
As a solo traveller, you will be paired up with another passenger of the same gender as per your passport information. If you’re not comfortable sharing a room with someone of the same gender, you also have the choice to pay for a single supplement (available on the majority of our trips). If you don’t identify with the gender assigned on your passport, please let us know at time of booking and we’ll arrange the rooming configuration accordingly.
In most cases, we can offer travel groups of 10+ people a discount. Please contact our team to discuss.
Airguides is committed to making travel accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We can adjust most self-guided itineraries and work with travel operators who share our values around accessibility. Where we can we will make adjustments to our guided trips to accommodate disabled travellers – for example, booking ground floor accommodation, or having our guides communicate travel information in writing as well as verbally. Please contact our team for further information on any of our itineraries.
We will try our hardest to accommodate all dietary requirements. Please let us know at the time of booking of any food requirements or allergies.
Every trip comes with a beautiful, personalised itinerary presented to you via our 'Trip Plan App'. With this mobile app you can access your itinerary before and during the trip. It has all your trip information in one place, including your documents, daily travel guide and essential trip information. Best of all? The app has full offline access and lets you chat with our team.
p.s. For those of you who love your paper travel guides - don't worry! We'll send you a PDF version too.

This is a big yes! Our goal is to help you create your own adventure, and this includes giving you the opportunity to explore. We'll always be there to offer suggestions for experiences (paid or free), but we firmly believe sometimes the best part of a holiday are those unplanned moments.
Absolutely. If there are included or optional activities that you don’t wish to participate in, you can do your own thing instead.
